Leri Papidze

Master of potter's wheel. Born 1963 in Chiatura/Georgia.

1978-81 learns pottery at Craftsmanship High School in Tibilisi/Georgia, then starts sudies at Academy of Fine Arts in Tibilisi. Emigration to Poland and continuation of ceramics design studies – graduated in 1997 from the atelier of prof. Krystyna Cybińska at Ceramics and Glass Faculty of Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw/PL. Since 2002 master of Potter's Wheel Atelier at Ceramics Faculty at the same Academy.

Apart from teaching he is an active artist and creator of many sculptural and decorative works in Wroclaw and other cities in Poland.
